Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your service schedule, billing cycle, and account activity. You will only receive messages relevant to your service.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages sent to and from NobleBlade Mowing. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

4. Opt-Out & Help

To opt out of SMS messages:

Reply STOP to any text message from NobleBlade Mowing. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us. You may still receive essential service communications via email or phone.

5. Customer Consent

By submitting a quote request, creating an account on our customer portal, or otherwise providing your phone number and consenting to communications:

  • You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and/or email address provided.
  • You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from NobleBlade Mowing.
  • You acknowledge that you can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Your consent and personal information, including your phone number, will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Service Terms

NobleBlade Mowing provides lawn care and related outdoor maintenance services in the Ocala, Florida area. By engaging our services:

  • You agree to provide accurate contact and property information.
  • You understand that quotes and estimates are based on property conditions at the time of assessment and are subject to change if conditions differ significantly.
  • You agree to the payment terms outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
  • You acknowledge that services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Portal

If you create an account on our customer portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

8. Payments

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or by the due date shown. Online card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Alternative payment methods (Zelle, cash, check) are also accepted. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

NobleBlade Mowing provides services on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or communications. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Florida.
